Events Officer

The Events Officer is an important role in the Communications Team. The role provides support to the Senior Events Manager on the delivery of the Integrity Council’s events strategy.

The post holder will be responsible to provide support for all events that the Integrity Council is both attending and hosting, triaging and responding to incoming invitations, researching and pitching for strategically relevant events and ensuring speakers are kept abreast of logistics and well briefed. Senior HR Manager

The Senior HR Manager (equivalent to Head of People) supports ICVCM to recruit, develop and retain an engaged and effective team and to develop and improve the efficiency of internal HR systems and processes.

The post holder will cover all HR core functions – business partnering, payroll (via our provider), recruitment, reward, policy, learning and development and performance management – and will work closely with the PMO team to develop and enhance HR policies, systems and processes as part of the Operational Maturity Program.

PMO & Knowledge Manager

The PMO & Knowledge Manager supports strategic management and planning by being responsible for the corporate risk management process, ICVCM master timeline and management reporting to the Senior Leadership Team and governance committee(s) chairs/ co-chairs. The PMO & Knowledge Manager will lead the work to ensure that ICVCM maintains its compliance with GDPR and other relevant information security protection standards .

The role holder will also be responsible for coordinating the ICVCM Business Continuity Planning process, ensuring that corporate and departmental plans and mitigations are in place, and that these are integrated with our existing risk and issue management processes.
