Biography

Anton Tsvetov is the Director for Continuous Improvement Work Programs at ICVCM, overseeing thought leadership activities to refine and develop the Integrity Council’s rule base and foster evolution in the carbon market.

Anton is a policy professional with experience in research, consulting and international negotiations focusing on the economics of climate change and global sustainability. He has led climate negotiations in the UN and G20 with a focus on carbon markets and has engaged extensively with multilateral organisations globally, with particular focus on Eurasia and the Asia Pacific. He had worked in think tanks and research institutions to produce evidence-based policy analysis and strategic advice to governments, international organisations and private entities.
