Frequently Asked Questions

Any individual, organisation, or community interested in contributing to our work can submit an official input. In line with its Governing Principles and Mandate including Inclusion, Transparency and Continual Improvement, the Integrity Council encourages feedback from any stakeholders.

Yes, you can submit Stakeholder Input multiple times as needed, as long as they are relevant and adhere to our guidelines.

Once an input is submitted, will be acknowledged within five working days. Stakeholder input will be made public on the Integrity Council website, unless it is offensive, irrelevant or presents other material risk to the Integrity Council process, in which case the fact of the submission, but not the contents, will be listed on the website.

Stakeholder input refers to specific contributions that provide relevant information, perspectives, or suggestions to the Integrity Council. This could relate to Program, Category assessments, or other areas of our work. Stakeholder input can be submitted at any time by emailing [email protected]

Feedback offers stakeholders an opportunity to provide general commentary on the Integrity Council’s work. This could include suggestions for improvement, recognition of successes, or concerns about broader processes. Feedback can also be submitted at any time by emailing [email protected] with the word “feedback” in the subject line or body of the message.

Both are essential to ensuring that our processes are transparent, inclusive, and continuously improving. We encourage all stakeholders to share their input or feedback to help us maintain the highest standards of integrity.

Stakeholder inputs are thoroughly reviewed and analysed to inform our decision-making process. Inputs related to our assessment of carbon crediting programs and categories are shared with the Assessment Teams, Governing Board, and other relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and balanced approach to decision-making.
