Current Procurement Opportunities
External Press Office Service Provider
The Integrity Council is inviting tenders from experienced agencies to deliver our press office function and media strategy. The successful provider will help raise awareness of our mission and the Core Carbon Principles (CCPs®) across global media, deliver proactive and reactive media engagement (including crisis communications), monitor coverage and sentiment, and support communications that engage market actors, governments and regulators, and both Indigenous Peoples and local communities.

The invitation was published on Monday, 19 January 2026; the deadline for clarification questions is Wednesday, 4 February 2026 at 5.00pm GMT; and the deadline for submissions is Monday, 16 February 2026 at 3.00pm GMT.

Paid Social Media Service Provider
The Integrity Council is inviting quotations from experienced agencies to deliver a strategic paid social media service that supports our global digital engagement. The successful provider will help strengthen awareness of our mission and the Core Carbon Principles (CCPs®), expand our reach among priority audiences, and ensure paid activity effectively complements our wider communications and digital strategy.
Over the two‑year contract, the appointed partner will provide strategic planning, delivery and optimisation across paid social channels — primarily LinkedIn, as well as YouTube, website traffic activity and other platforms where relevant. They will support a clear audience journey from discovery to engagement and empowerment, helping stakeholders better understand and participate in the ICVCM’s work, including consultations, events, learning activities and key announcements.
The provider will deliver both always‑on activity and targeted campaigns, offer insight‑driven recommendations, and maintain strong alignment with ICVCM values, credibility and mission integrity.

The Request for Quotation was published on Monday, 2 February 2026; the deadline for clarification questions is Thursday, 12 February 2026; and the deadline for submissions is Monday, 23 February 2026 at 5.00pm UTC.
ICVCM will respond to clarification questions by Wednesday, 18 February 2026.
