What we look for in a partnership

Alignment with our mission and goals

Proposals should contribute to strengthening the CCPs, reducing market fragmentation, improving transparency, enhancing participation from under‑represented regions, or supporting governments and market actors.

Integrity and responsible conduct

Partners must share our commitment to scientific integrity, environmental responsibility, human rights and inclusive governance.

Ability to contribute meaningfully

Initiatives should be realistic, scoped and achievable, demonstrating clear added value and operational capacity.

Governance Principles for Partnerships

Legal Review and Contract Workflows

Partnerships are formalised through memoranda of understanding (MoUs), where appropriate legal agreements service contracts, and strategic collaboration frameworks.

Right to Terminate

The Integrity Council reserves the right to terminate any engagement that compromises our independence, presents reputational risk, or no longer aligns with our mission.

Financial Contributions

All financial engagements must comply with our procurement and fundraising policies. Contributions must support our mission and be governed by transparent agreements.
