In his current role as Agricultural Science Manager with the ITQ (Innovation, Technology and Quality) team at General Mills, based in Minnesota, USA. Dr. Hernandez’s primary focus areas include: Driving innovation in plant breeding for critical GMI ingredients, scaling regenerative agriculture adoption, and delivering measurable reductions in supply-chain greenhouse gas emissions.
