Biography

Will believes that markets can do more than function — they can serve. That when designed with integrity, accountability, and transparency, markets can become powerful levers for trust, collaboration, and global action. With 25 years’ experience in value chain realization, governance, ESG oversight, and systemic risk, Will brings both the rigor, and the empathy, needed to build trust in complex systems — creating the conditions for credibility, for investment, and for real progress towards Net-Zero.

At the ICVCM, Will leads the assessment of carbon-crediting programs to ensure they meet the Core Carbon Principles — the global benchmark for quality and trust in the carbon market. His work supports a simple but profound idea: when we know a carbon credit is truly high integrity, we can act with confidence. Buyers invest. Developers innovate. Climate finance flows where it can make the greatest impact.
