Biography

Masaaki Nagamura specializes in international normsetting on climate change and natural disaster risk financing in the Corporate Planning Department of Tokio Marine Holdings.
He served as an inaugural member of the Financial Stability Board’s Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). In addition, he currently serves as a privatesector sherpa supporting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers’ Process on disaster risk financing and other regional policy priorities.
