Faye Scheepers is a Senior HR Manager for ICVCM

She has over 18 years of experience delivering scalable people strategies across Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East. She has led major HR transformations, including international HRIS implementations, global payroll optimisation, organisational restructuring, and DE\&I initiatives.

Faye has held senior roles such as Global HR Business Partner at Zoovu and Head of HR at Smarter Group, where she delivered significant cost savings and strengthened workforce capability. She is certified in HR Business Partnership, Payroll Operations, and Contract Management and is working towards her PPM certification, bringing a strategic, pragmatic, people focused approach to supporting complex, globally distributed organisations.
