Senior HR Manager
Remote – UK
The Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market (ICVCM) is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Manager. The successful candidate will operate in a standalone role responsible for ensuring comprehensive strategic development of the HR function, alongside day-to-day delivery of all required HR functions. The post holder will be responsible to move ICVCMs HR function from compliance through to best practice in a way which supports realisation of organisation priorities, reflects the organisations culture and ensures required day-to-day HR functions are delivered effectively.

Continuous Improvement Work Program (CIWP) Coordinator
Remote – UK
The Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market (ICVCM) is seeking to appoint a CIWP coordinator for our Continuous Improvement Work Programs. As CIWP Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the CIWP Team, supporting the delivery of its strategic goals and operational excellence. You will work closely with the CIWP Director and CIWP Manager to ensure the smooth coordination of CIWP processes, meetings, and documentation. This includes organizing and maintaining clean, accessible records, preparing technical materials and research when needed, and producing monthly reports that track progress and engagement.
