Biography

Michael is Operations Director at ICVCM, with responsibility for all elements of corporate operations, including finance, HR, contracting and corporate governance. He joined the team in September 2022, bringing with him a wealth of corporate and operational management experience from roles in small and medium-sized companies.

His previous role was as Business Manager at the Behavioural Insights Team, where he was responsible for devising and implementing business systems and processes to support the company’s growth from initial spin out to a global organisation of more than 250 staff.  Prior to that he was Associate Director at the sustainability research consultancy Brook Lyndhurst, where he managed all elements of the company’s internal operations, as well as delivering research projects for government, private and third sector clients. He has also worked in higher education market research and holds a degree in Ibero-American Studies from the University of Leeds.
