Biography

Tom is the Program Manager at ICVCM, having joined from Southampton City Council where he managed a wide range of work including as Programme and Ops Manager for Southampton’s bid to become UK City of Culture 2025 and programme managing the implementation of a new organisation wide operating model.

Prior to this Tom worked with Hampshire Police and Fire services managing partnership projects including the Digital Forensics Hub and joint Police & Fire HQ, securing over £1M in central government funding.

Outside of work Tom likes to spend time taking walks along the coast, watching live music and gardening.
