Biography

Sudhir is the Regional GEF Manager for Climate Change Mitigation Projects and Energy advisor for Asia and Pacific, based in Bangkok, Thailand. He has been part of the CDM team at UNFCCC and use his knowledge of Carbon Markets and MRV (national reporting and NDC tracking as well as entity level monitoring) to advice country governments. He also lead support to countries on National Reporting through GEF supported CBIT projects. Sudhir is a member of the UNFCCC Methodologies Panel and on Roster of Experts for Art6.4 SC.
