Biography

Pavan joined ICVCM in May 2022 and currently is the Business Administration Manager. Her responsibilities include Finance Administration, Governance Administration, IT & Systems and Business Administration.

She has over 30 years’ experience handling a wide range of administrative, executive support and decision-making tasks. She speaks Farsi, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu and has done interpreting for a Human Rights Charity.

Pavan has worked in several industry sectors such as Higher Education, Further Education, management consultancy, a top 5 law firm and in a corporate international trading company (in Dubai and India).
