Biography

Kate is the Programme Coordinator for ICVCM responsible for coordinating the planning of projects and programmes, and a key point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.

Prior to ICVCM, Kate spent the majority of her career working in creative industries. Kate has a BA in Animation and Film Production and on graduating, spent seven years as a Production Coordinator working across television and film productions – most notably for Aardman Animations. Recently, Kate worked at a specialist craft school dedicated to preserving fine British craftsmanship – (specifically skills in fine furniture making) where she operationally managed the school and enrolments, public relations and online visibility. During this role, Kate undertook a project to ascertain and reduce the carbon footprint of the school – a project which fired her interest in working to mitigate climate change  – and led to her current role at ICVCM.
