Biography

Hayley is the Program Director for ICVCM, responsible for coordinating work across multiple different workstreams and groups, to ensure successful delivery of organisational programmes and the overall business strategy.

Hayley has spent the majority of her career working in the public sector, leading a number of collaborated programmes across local government, police and health. Most recently she was Head of Business Improvement at Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary, leading a portfolio of strategic change projects and programmes across two policing areas and prior to that she led the Covid-19 Outbreak Control Programme in Southampton. She also has experience in retail management. A qualified accountant, Hayley has an MSc in Management, focusing on Ecological Thinking and Action in Management and a BA in History where her specialist subject was the First World War.
