Biography

Debbie is the Technical Director at the ICVCM. She is responsible for overseeing the ICVCM’s technical work as well as the development of processes to support the Assessment Framework and Assessment Process. She is part of the strategic team guiding the work of the secretariat.

Debbie is a seasoned climate and sustainability advisor with over 25 years’ experience in the UN climate process. She is a former climate and carbon market negotiator for the US and has served as an advisor to the UNFCCC on carbon markets, capacity building and technology.
