Biography

Julie is an energy and climate finance professional with years of experience in energy transition and carbon market mechanisms. She has led several projects, primarily in the Global South, through all stages, from ideation and due diligence to implementation, focusing on sustainable energy and technological innovation. Julie also has years of experience on design and delivery of climate finance and carbon market-related capacity building initiatives across Africa. Julie has worked with various carbon standards and mechanisms, including JCM, CDM, and VCM, and in developing energy transition and innovation methodologies at Verra.
